Service terms
Terms of service
Last updated: 4 September 2026.
These Terms govern access to AdsCompiler, a software-as-a-service product for configuring supported Google Ads campaign structures and generating automation Scripts and related artifacts. Google Ads is a separate third-party service and trademark. AdsCompiler is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and must provide accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for account security, workspace members, permissions, and activity performed through your workspace. You must promptly notify AdsCompiler support if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Service and digital delivery
AdsCompiler provides digital access only. After a successful order is confirmed and the corresponding plan or add-on is activated, access is delivered electronically to the applicable AdsCompiler workspace. No physical goods are shipped. Generation output is delivered inside the authenticated product as downloadable or copyable digital artifacts.
3. Plans, quotas, and billing periods
The active pricing page controls the plan name, price, included successful generations, member limits, and available add-ons at the time of purchase. Successful generations consume the applicable allowance; failed or blocked attempts do not. Deleting an already delivered generation does not restore consumed allowance.
Unless a checkout page expressly states that a recurring subscription is being purchased, AdsCompiler orders are one-time purchases for the stated billing period and do not automatically renew. The current catalog is manually renewed. Any future recurring option must be clearly disclosed before payment and may be cancelled according to the cancellation policy.
4. Payments
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. When cryptocurrency checkout is enabled, AdsCompiler may use Cryptomus as an independent payment processor. The processor may display the supported asset, blockchain network, payment address, amount, exchange rate, confirmation status, and applicable network or processing details. A payment is not treated as completed until the processor reports the invoice as paid or completed.
You are responsible for selecting the correct supported blockchain network and sending the requested asset to the payment address displayed for the order. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Underpayments, overpayments, unsupported assets, or transfers on an incorrect network may require manual review and may not be recoverable.
5. Taxes and fees
Prices are shown on the pricing or checkout page. You are responsible for taxes, duties, or similar charges that apply to your purchase unless applicable law requires AdsCompiler to collect them. Network fees charged by a blockchain or wallet are separate from the AdsCompiler service price unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
You may use AdsCompiler only for lawful activity that you are authorized to perform. You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, Google Ads rules, and third-party platform terms. You may not use AdsCompiler to facilitate fraud, malware, unauthorized access, sanctions evasion, trafficking, weapons or illegal drug sales, or unlicensed regulated financial activity.
7. Generated output and third-party platforms
You remain responsible for reviewing generated output before running it, choosing the intended advertiser account, providing valid campaign inputs, and confirming that your advertising activity is permitted. AdsCompiler does not guarantee campaign approval, traffic, conversions, revenue, account standing, or unchanged behavior by Google Ads or any other third party.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, third-party platform changes, or service operations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material changes that affect paid access will be handled consistently with applicable law and the purchased service period.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for fraud, security risk, non-payment, abuse, unlawful use, sanctions or compliance concerns, or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Cancellation and refund rights are described in the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
10. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Payment providers process payment-related information under their own privacy and compliance obligations.
12. Contact
Service, billing, refund, and legal-policy questions can be sent to support@adscompiler.com. The legal operator name, registered address, registration number, VAT/tax identifiers where applicable, and governing-law details must match the business information supplied in the merchant account and will be published before final commercial launch.
