Billing
Refund policy
Last updated: 4 September 2026.
This policy applies to purchases of AdsCompiler plans and generation add-ons. AdsCompiler is a digital service; no physical goods are shipped.
1. When to contact us
Send refund requests to AdsCompiler support as soon as reasonably possible. Include the account email, workspace name, order or invoice identifier, payment date, amount, payment method, and a short explanation. Never send wallet private keys or seed phrases.
2. Cases eligible for review
We will review requests involving a duplicate charge or duplicate crypto payment, a payment successfully completed but not matched to the correct AdsCompiler order, an incorrect amount caused by our checkout or billing system, failure to activate the purchased service after confirmed payment, or a material technical failure that prevented delivery of the purchased service before the relevant allowance was used.
3. Delivered or consumed digital service
Refunds are not automatically available merely because a customer changed their mind after substantial digital service was delivered. We may take into account whether the workspace was activated, whether successful generations or add-on quota were consumed, whether generated artifacts were delivered, and whether the issue can be corrected without cancelling the order. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
4. Cryptocurrency payments
When crypto checkout is enabled, Cryptomus may be used to process payment and approved refunds. Blockchain payments are generally irreversible. A refund can only be initiated after the corresponding payment is confirmed and completed by the payment processor. The refund amount cannot exceed the amount successfully paid for the relevant order.
For an approved crypto refund, we may ask you to confirm a supported destination address and network. You are responsible for providing a correct address. Network or processing fees may be deducted from the returned amount or charged separately depending on the payment-provider flow and the circumstances of the refund. We do not send refunds to an unsupported network or an address that cannot be reasonably verified for the requested refund.
5. Underpayments, overpayments, and wrong-network transfers
Underpayments, overpayments, unsupported assets, and transfers sent on an incorrect blockchain network are handled individually. Recovery is not guaranteed because blockchain transfers can be irreversible and funds may not be technically accessible to AdsCompiler or the processor. If recovery is possible, provider or network fees may apply.
6. Refund timing
We aim to review complete requests promptly. Approved refunds are submitted through the available payment method or payment provider after review. Blockchain confirmation time, provider checks, wallet availability, network congestion, and compliance review can affect the final settlement time. A refund is not complete until the destination network confirms it.
7. Abuse and fraud
We may refuse a discretionary refund where we reasonably identify fraud, abuse, quota manipulation, repeated refund exploitation, false payment information, sanctions or compliance concerns, or a material violation of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
