Privacy policy

Last updated: 4 September 2026.

This policy explains how AdsCompiler processes personal data when you visit the website, create an account, use a workspace, contact support, or purchase access.

1. Information we process

Depending on how you use the service, we may process your name or account display name, email address, authentication identifiers, workspace membership and role, campaign configuration, generated Script metadata and artifacts, creative-file metadata, usage and quota records, support correspondence, security events, IP address, browser and device information, and billing or transaction references.

2. Payment information

When cryptocurrency checkout is enabled and selected, Cryptomus may process payment information needed to create and settle the invoice, including order or invoice identifiers, amount, currency or crypto asset, blockchain network, payment address, transaction status, transaction identifiers, and information required by the payment provider for fraud prevention, sanctions screening, AML/KYC, or other compliance obligations. AdsCompiler does not need your wallet private key and will never ask you to provide it.

We may receive from the processor the information necessary to match a payment to an AdsCompiler order, activate service, handle a refund request, investigate payment errors, and maintain accounting or security records.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide and secure workspaces, save campaign drafts, generate requested artifacts, deliver creative assets, enforce quotas and permissions, process and reconcile purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability of the service.

4. Legal bases where applicable

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform a contract with you, take steps at your request before entering into a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, or rely on consent where consent is specifically requested.

5. Service providers

AdsCompiler relies on service providers to operate the product. Depending on the active flow, these may include Supabase for authentication and application data, Vercel for the web application, Render for backend services, Resend for transactional email, Google services for user-selected Google-connected functionality, and Cryptomus for cryptocurrency payment processing when crypto checkout is enabled. These providers process data under their own service terms and applicable privacy obligations.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information to service providers acting for the operation of AdsCompiler, to payment and fraud-prevention providers, when required by law or valid legal process, to protect the service or users, or as part of a legitimate business reorganization subject to applicable safeguards.

7. International processing

Infrastructure and payment providers may process data in countries different from your own. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we use or rely on the mechanisms made available by the relevant provider or required by law.

8. Retention

We retain account and workspace information while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for support, fraud prevention, security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Payment and transaction records may need to be retained longer than ordinary product content. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to legal and technical limitations.

9. Security

AdsCompiler uses tenant scoping, access controls, authentication, server-only secrets, rate limits, signed server-to-server requests, and other technical measures intended to protect service data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.

11. Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies and limited browser storage are described in the Cookie Policy.

12. Contact

Privacy requests can be sent to support@adscompiler.com. Before final commercial launch, the published legal operator identity and registered contact details will be aligned with the business information used for merchant verification.
