Responsible use

Acceptable use policy

Last updated: 4 September 2026.

AdsCompiler may be used only for lawful campaign planning, compilation, creative management, and advertising automation that you are authorized to perform.

1. Prohibited unlawful activity

You may not use AdsCompiler to plan, facilitate, promote, conceal, or automate activity involving fraud, theft, scams, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, trafficking, illegal drugs, weapons or ammunition, malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, tax evasion, or other unlawful conduct.

2. Regulated and high-risk activity

You may not use AdsCompiler to advertise or facilitate regulated financial, investment, gambling, pharmaceutical, medical, or other licensed services where the advertiser does not hold the permissions required by applicable law or the advertising platform. Unlicensed foreign-exchange, binary-options, investment, or similar regulated financial activity is not permitted.

3. Platform and advertising rules

You must comply with Google Ads policies and the terms of every connected or referenced third-party platform. AdsCompiler must not be used to circumvent account enforcement, impersonate another party, misrepresent a product or service, hide material information from users, bypass platform security, or generate activity intended to defeat abuse-prevention systems.

4. Security and technical abuse

You may not probe or attack AdsCompiler infrastructure, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload protected endpoints, bypass quotas or role controls, attempt cross-workspace access, abuse credentials or API keys, or interfere with the availability or integrity of the service.

5. Content and rights

You are responsible for ensuring that campaign text, images, logos, video references, landing pages, trademarks, and other materials you provide are lawful and that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use them. Do not upload content that unlawfully infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

6. Enforcement

We may block generation, remove content, limit features, suspend a workspace, or terminate access where we reasonably believe use creates a legal, security, fraud, sanctions, payment-processor, or platform-compliance risk. Where appropriate, we may preserve records needed to investigate abuse or comply with lawful requests.

7. Reporting

Report suspected abuse or security issues to support@adscompiler.com.
